BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the FICs switchboard and direct all calls and queries to the relevant staff members.
  • Welcome visitors at reception.
  • Usher visitors to the waiting room and inform relevant staff members of their visitors.
  • Deal quickly and professionally with clients and visitors queries.
  • Arrange parking for visitors.
  • Manage the booking of the boardrooms and refreshments
  • Record and route messages.
  • Receive incoming post and refer to registry.
  • Assist with administrative services when required.
  • Provide secretariat function for the Occupational Health and Safety committee as and when required
  • Perform any other duties as directed

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric
  • Basic Computer literacy
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role
  • Well conversed in English
