**BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage the FICs switchboard and direct all calls and queries to the relevant staff members.
- Welcome visitors at reception.
- Usher visitors to the waiting room and inform relevant staff members of their visitors.
- Deal quickly and professionally with clients and visitors queries.
- Arrange parking for visitors.
- Manage the booking of the boardrooms and refreshments
- Record and route messages.
- Receive incoming post and refer to registry.
- Assist with administrative services when required.
- Provide secretariat function for the Occupational Health and Safety committee as and when required
- Perform any other duties as directed

**REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Matric
- Basic Computer literacy
- Previous experience in a receptionist role
- Well conversed in English
