Requirements

If you have experience in Luxury Retail, Hotels and Resorts, Account Management, VIP Concierge, Luxury Travel - this could be an excellent opportunity for career growth and a chance to work for a thriving, award-winning company.

You MUST have exceptional language skills in professional English and Danish, in both written and spoken forms (based on the CERF Framework C1-C2).2+ years of experience in the leisure sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, concierge, or call centerExperience with a GDS system is advantageousOutstanding verbal and interpersonal skills for interactions with members, suppliers, and clients, maintaining a composed and professional approach at all timesRobust organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlinesA deep passion for all things related to travel and luxury living, encompassing gastronomy, events, and cultureService-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working effectively under pressureNatural sales aptitude with a background in selling lifestyle and travel servicesPositive attitude and alignment with Ten Group valuesValuing exceptional service and embodying this principleProficient in computer operations, especially with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); additional experience with software or CRM tools is a plusFlexibility: This role is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week on a shift basis, with the ability to work a 5-day week between the hours of 06:00-23:00 GMT, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office:

Located in South AfricaPlease note that if you reside near the office, you may be required to engage in a hybrid work setup - at least 2 days a week in the officeA secure home office at your confirmed address, devoid of background noise or distractionsInternet service must meet specified requirements, with a minimum speed check to be conducted
