To promote the sales of labour and parts.Contact the customer for authorisation for any additional repairs beyond the agreed estimate and provide the customer the new estimate and updated delivery time.
Record the results of the contact on the job card and any additional instructions authorised or declined by the customer.
To obtain the customer's approval and signature after ensuring the customer understands the dealership's payment policy.Ensure the security of all vehicles, i.e vehicles locked in workshop and keys locked in the key safe.
Ensure to obtain approval from service plan and warranty providers before technician starts work on vehicle.
Ensure the job cards are completed accurately and fully.
