Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within target industries through strategic prospecting, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Present our suite of accounting services, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with our team of accountants and financial experts to develop customized proposals and pricing structures that align with clients' requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Using CRM software, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and visibility in the market.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the financial or professional services industries.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
