The Role:


We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales and Customer Success Specialist with a proven track record of success in sales, account management, and customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value opportunities, while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, tailoring your sales approach to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with our technical and product teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and crossselling, working proactively to maximize customer lifetime value

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and account management, ideally in the technology or software industry
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience in upgrading, crossselling, and closing deals
  • Resultsdriven and selfmotivated, with a passion for driving customer success
