  • Set up all communication portals which include the customer, customer manager, measurement specialist and designer. Clearly communicate initial details of project and agreed measurement date
  • Follow up all steps of the kitchen sale (design, measurement, quote) adhering to the customer promise framework
  • Communicate completed design and quote to customer and set an appointment (virtual or in store)
  • Negotiate and conclude the sale in accordance with the price policy of the company (including installation and all standard fees)
  • Confirm stock availability for full project requirements and adjust quotation accordingly
  • Finalize quote and payment
  • Follow up the delivery of stock to store
  • Confirm with store on stock order accuracy and delivery
  • Follow up with customer to confirm delivery and installation
  • Manage compliance with customer promise
  • Follow up with customer throughout process to clearly communicate any challenges and manage expectations
  • Final follow up with completion of project to gauge customer satisfaction
  • The Sales specialist will work a 40hour week with flexible schedule (caveat might not be Monday-Saturday)
  • The customer manager will be based in Campus (Fourways)
  • Achieve KPIs as set out by the platform manager
  • Training of staff and new joiners
  • Adding systems to help the growth of the Platform
  • Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
  • Kitchen Sales knowledge
  • Familiarity with appropriate design and visualisation tools
  • Efficient & effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Active listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Respect for differing opinions, styles, and financial situations.
  • Able to work well within a broad team with multiple stakeholders
