_We're looking for a motivated and experienced Business Hunter to help us improve our brand recognition and boost our client base.

This is an exciting opportunity to create & execute on action plans and sales strategies that will help us reach our growth ambitions — including new customer acquisition and service optimization.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Identify, research and actively engaging potential clients
  • Actively develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop bespoke service & rate proposals
  • Conducting ongoing market research and
  • Develop key insights from customer and competitor data
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Track and report weekly, on the pipeline activity
  • Actively driving the endtoend sales process. Action is key

  • To be successful in this role, here's what we'll be looking out for:_
  • Demonstrated ability in businesstobusiness (B2B) sales _(ideally in a startup environment)_
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a particular eye for detail
  • Familiarity & experience within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Talent Acquisition industry (Ideal preference, but not required)
  • Problemsolving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective clients
