Renewable Energy team as a
Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

This role is based in Cape Town.

Some focus areas of the role include:

  • Budgeting and reporting (Compensation and Benefits budgets)
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits processes
  • Design different remuneration schemes
  • Lead compensation projects
  • Analyse current remuneration schemes and design compensation and benefits policies
  • Manage relationship with external compensation consulting company and brokers and insurance providers
  • Train line managers in policies
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and explain benefit structures
  • Stay up to date with the labour requirements and new industry trends and best practices

Key requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources
  • Min 3 years' experience in Remuneration, Compensation & Benefits
  • Knowledge of job analysis systems and benchmarking
  • Experience with labour market surveys
  • Knowledge of Labour regulations and tax comliance
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Experience in HRIS and MS Office
