The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets, and establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Work Experience Requirement

  • 8 years Education Proven study experience with qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Skills and Competencies Proven experience in a senior sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Extensive experience in developing strategic sales plans and leading sales teams.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and collaborate with customers and team members at all levels.

Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.

Willingness to travel as required.
