Purpose of Position/Objective
Responsible for lease administration as assigned. Keeps records accurate and current.
Completes related reports, summaries, and records, and performs related administration duties.
Duties and Responsibilities

Understanding the Mall Leasing Strategy including: o Tenant mix o Tenant requirements o Budgeted rentals
- Lease Documentation
documentation for acceptance/approval:
- Understands and implements timely and
- Preparation of Offer to Lease Documentation as
- Ensure timely return and accurate signing and
supporting documentation by tenant.
- Ensure Business Plan for new tenant
- Preparation of Tenant Release Form (TRF) for
- Preparation and distribution of Letter of
- Prepare Lease Capture Form (LCF)
- Preparation of Lease Agreement accordingly
Assist with the canvassing:
Leasing Administration o Determine real tenant interest and set up meetings o Learn to negotiate leases
Responsible for accurate and timely reports: o Leasing Meeting Reports o Risk & Tracking Reports o National Exco Leasing Reports
Responsible for effective and secure filing of all lease and related documents and tenant correspondence.
Understanding and accurate interpretation of legal terms and legal implication of Standard Lease Clauses.
Responsible for tenant interaction and correspondence in terms of finalizing the lease administration documentation.
Responsible for timely collection of Tenant Deposits
Responsible for timely Lease Finalization.
Any other duties related to loading and processing of new leases and lease renewals.
Works with Financial Department to ensure accurate and timely loading of Lease Schedules
Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
Attends and participates in meetings when required, including
Leasing Assistance typing of minutes of Leasing Meetings.
Responsible for answering and screening incoming calls relating to lease enquiries.
Attend to all leasing enquiries.
Typing of all correspondence relating to leasing activities.
Attends to visitors/potential tenants.
Completes special projects as assigned.
