As an Energy Advisor, you will be engaging with residential clients (hereafter referred to as 'clients') who have received a proposed kitted solar solution and associated cost/ financing option via Rubicon's online calculator.

Your role will be to guide these clients through the finalization process, arrange site visits, and ensure smooth installations, leveraging the information provided by our calculator to facilitate a seamless transition.


Responsibilities

  • Solution Finalization:_ Collaborate with clients to finalize their solar solution based on the proposed kit and cost/ financing option they received from the online calculator. Ensure their understanding of the system specifications, benefits, and financial aspects related to the solution.
  • Site Visit Coordination:_ Schedule and coordinate site visits between clients and installation partners. Ensure all parties are aligned on the date, time, and scope of the visit. Communicate any specific requirements or limitations to the installation team in advance.
  • Customer Relationship Management:_ Maintain detailed records of client interactions, enquiries, and preferences using our CRM system. Follow up with clients to address any remaining concerns or questions they may have. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process, emphasizing the benefits and suitability of the kitted solution proposed through our online calculator.

_ Work closely with our installation partners to ensure a smooth handover from the pre-sales phase to the installation phase.

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about client requirements, site conditions, and any considerations specific to the proposed kitted solar solution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, renewable energy) or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
