Quality Assurance Assistant (Temporary 6-8 months)

Product Batch Release:

  • Obtain batchspecific documentation.
  • Send test samples for postimportation retest.
  • Conduct full document audit before final release approval.

QA Reporting:

  • Generate reports on credits, ADR, complaints, inventory releases, etc.
  • Prepare annual Quality Review Report.

Credit Requests Management:

  • Assess credit requests, ensuring qualityrelated documentation inclusion.

Support to QA, Regulatory, and Medical Departments:

  • Assist RP, DRP, or MAM with assigned tasks.
  • Handle document control tasks, including SOP updates, technical agreements, CAPA implementation, etc.
  • Support internal and external audits, including supplier audits and regulatory inspections.

Other QA Duties:

  • Order Reference Standards for Product Information Technology (PIT).
Behind our innovation There's you- You bring the following skills and experience to Ferring Experience with quality management software systems (i.e.

Veeva Vault) is advantageous.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.- Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant registered with SAPC, or a relevant scientific discipline degree/diploma (National 's) will be advantageous.- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or related industries, preferably with knowledge of quality assurance principles and cGMP requirements will be advantageous.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, adept at identifying and resolving problems effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within team environments.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in fast-paced environments.
