Our Client is seeking a Service Administrator/Technical Scheduler in Sandton for their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Handle service requests through phone, email, or in-person visits.
    • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, requests, and resolutions.
    • Coordinate with departments for timely issue resolution.
    • Prepare reports on activities, trends, and feedback.
    • Develop procedures to streamline operations.
  • Technical Scheduling:
    • Schedule appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
    • Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to customers.
    • Coordinate with technicians for appointment readiness.
    • Monitor progress and manage any conflicts or delays.
    • Optimize schedules for efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer software for data entry, scheduling, and communication.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach towards customer needs.
  • Familiarity with Samsung products and technical terminology.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
