Our American-based client is seeking a highly experienced Order Fulfillment Co-ordinator to join their remote services team.

As part of this team, you will be focusing on an all-American client base in the marketing and advertising sector.

This role is an in office role. The role will be office-based in Houghton, Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (4pm-12am daylight savings dependent).

Main Tasks

  • Process incoming orders which includes placing orders with suppliers, communicating project details with the team, ensuring timely product delivery, and issuing purchase orders
  • Identify innovative and unique product ideas which can be effectively utilized in client marketing campaigns
  • Work with the sales team to select appropriate promotional products for clients
  • Work with multiple suppliers to source products and negotiate pricing
  • Crosscheck all documents regarding orders placed with suppliers, monitor orders, and communicate project details with sales team and ensure timely product delivery to the client
  • Establish outstanding working relationships with both clients and suppliers
  • Remain up to date on industry trends, products, and education
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to write clear and detailed reports
  • High attention to detail
  • 12 years of related experience
  • Intermediate to advance user level in Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines while independently balancing multiple projects
