About the Role

The role of the RevOps Manager is ultimately all about moving the needle. You will be working closely with regional Commercial Teams, reporting into the Global Sales Operations Manager. Operations is in very high demand at Dotdigital, theyâre hungry for it and you will become a crucial member of the team. We will be leaning on your expertise toâ¦

  • Build key relationships with members of the commercial team to help identify areas for process improvement
  • Train and support key processes & best practices across our Sales Tools (CRM, 3rd party tools)
  • Enforce best practice use of the above systems by working with âthe boots on the groundâ and provide any ad-hoc support required
  • Report on utilisation and drive adoption of Sales Tools
  • Keep up to date with new feature releases of our Sales Tools to help maximise our ROI
  • Work with Commercial Team Managers for ad-hoc data insight requests
  • Create presentations for senior management
  • Track effectiveness of initiatives and promptly escalate any issues
  • Deliver regular KPI reports (think weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Assist with documentation


This is a hybrid role, with attendance in the office required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Upon completing the onboarding process, our team members will be expected to begin working on a rotational shift pattern designed to provide comprehensive support across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This strategic schedule will ensure that each region consistently receives timely and dedicated assistance from our team..

The shift rotations will take place in three-month blocks, with each individual team member transitioning from one region to another after completing their 3-month shift.

The specific hours for each shift rotation are as follows:

APAC Shift:

1 AM - 9 AM

US Shift:

3 PM - 11 PM

What are we looking for from you?


Must have

  • CRM experience
  • Sales Tools experience
  • Deep understanding of Sales Process
  • CPQ/Quote building experience
  • 3+ years experience in a Sales Operations role (preferably SaaS based)
  • Experience in requirement gathering
  • Stakeholder management
  • Attention to detail
  • Inquisitive nature
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Proactive
  • Advanced Excel knowledge - pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation, charts
  • Documentation skills



Nice to have

  • Microsoft Dynamics certification (or other CRM)
  • Training delivery experience
  • Experience of the commercial Sales Tools tech stack - Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Conversation Intelligence tools
  • Experience of Marketing Operations

  • 15min Screening Call with Team Talent
  • 1 hour interview with Global Sales Operations Manager and Global Customer Success Operations Manager
  • 1.5 hour final interview to present back results of the Task, with some more general questions from other representatives. With Global Sales Operations Manager, Business Solutions Director and/or Chief Business Operations Officer, and HR representative
