DigiCert is in the market for a **Salesforce Administrator** who is self-motivated and who thrives in dynamic & high-growth environments to join our RevOps team.

As Salesforce Administrator you will work with internal stakeholders and management to ensure business requirements are met.

**_ This is a hybrid position in Cape Town._**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Lead the development and implementation of various automation initiatives within Salesforce and other connected systems.
- Develop and maintain working relationships across Sales, Legal, Marketing, Finance and IT teams.
- Implement best practices related to forecast accuracy, segmentation of customers, sales productivity by rep, etc.
- Support business units utilizing Salesforce and other sales systems with regular administrative tasks.

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- 5+ years' experience in a similar position preferably in Sales Operations or System Administration
- Tertiary qualification + Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) - **strongly preferred**:

- Experience with marketing automation tool like Eloqua or Marketo** - preferred**:

- Experience with Agile/iterative development methodologies and tools (Jira, Jira Service Desk) - **preferred**:

- Demonstrated project management experience: Managing several projects concurrently within set timeframes
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- The ability to work independently within a small team
- Good attention to detail
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
