We are currently looking for a Litigation Secretary for our client based in Parktown North

  • Organization and filing of legal documents related to court cases. This includes ensuring that all necessary paperwork is properly filed and maintained.
  • Communicate with clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and relaying important information. 
  • Facilitate communication between clients and attorneys.
  • Opening of files as instructed by any and/or all attorneys.
  • Drafting correspondence, pleadings, notices, affidavits in action and application proceedings, and settlement agreements.

Requirements:

  • Must have a matric qualification.
  • Is tech-savvy and adept to admin tasks.
  • Experience or interest in banking and finance related matters.
  • Familiarity with Case Lines and Court Online will be highly advantageous.
  • Must have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage their own diary.
  • Must be able to process bulk instructions accurately.
  • Experience in Litigation matters 
  • Must have good communication skills and work well in a team environment.
