Minimum Requirements    

Bachelor’s degree in human resources. (Master’s preferred) Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a research or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of labour laws, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities    

Role and Responsibilities

As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CAPRISA’s human resources strategy and ensuring the well-being of our diverse team. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with CAPRISA’s mission and vision. Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development. Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. Develop and implement effective talent management practices.

Employee Relations:

Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a healthy work environment. Manage performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Handle employee contracts, benefits, and payroll administration.

Learning and Development:

Facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for staff. Implement training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
