Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Skincare Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving skincare clinic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer and administrative skills, coupled with a natural ability to connect with people. As the Skincare Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the skincare clinic, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.

- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records of appointments, inventory, and client information.

- Coordinate and oversee clinic maintenance, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

- Train, motivate, and supervise clinic staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.

- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to maintain consistency and uphold standards of quality and professionalism.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve clinic operations and services.

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of clinic supplies and products.

- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking, to ensure profitability and financial stability.

- Promote clinic services and products through effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in clinic management or a related field, with a strong track record of leadership and success.

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and vendors.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

- Certification or training in skincare, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.
