Senior Operations Manager

Strategic role responsible for overseeing the day to day operational management functions of a super regional shopping centre.  This includes managing the operational teams, technical services, building maintenance, soft services, health and safety compliance and budget management.

  • Administration and reporting
  • Staff management


Requirements:
  • Dipoma/ degree (construction or project related)
  • Diploma/ degree with financial modules will be an advantage
  • Professional membership in the facility/ construction management industry would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years in a regional or super regional shopping centre as Operations manager
  • Experience with the implementation of all regulations applicable to the industry
  • Proven high level stakeholder management experience
  • Proven staff management experience
  • Proven tenant management experience
