  • Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure quality and consistency
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Work closely with suppliers and external partners to source and evaluate ingredients and packaging materials
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to meet project goals and deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in new product development in the Food Production Industry
  • Extensive knowledge of food ingredients, formulations, and food processing techniques
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Experience conducting market research and consumer insights analysis
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product development software
