Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market data, and competitive landscape to drive product design and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and production, to develop and implement product strategies.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, collecting feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product development.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in new product development or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate new product ideas.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of market research and product testing methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile or Lean product development methodologies is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous.
