HR and Compliance Administrator with SHEQ experience required for our well-established logistics client based in Umlaas, KZN.  We require a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the logistics sector for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage administrative duties relating to (SHEQ / Claims / PPE etc)
  • Maintain systems and ensure processed correctly (Monday.com / Klari-T/ Sharepoint)
  • Capturing Fuel Consumptions
  • Updating reports & data capturing
  • Scanning Documents and electronic housekeeping of Compliance documents
  • Monitoring Expiry deadlines
  • Claims (investigating and insurance submission)
  • Issuing & Maintaining Stock (Driver related – PPE / Devices / Books / Cellphones etc)
  • Managing Asset registers (Devices / Laptop cell phones etc)
  • Monitor Device usage & repairs.
  • HR Assistance
  • SHERQ assistance
  • DriveCam clip assistance
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Matric
  • Experience in SHERQ / RTMS
  • Previous experience within a similar position would be beneficial
  • Computer Literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
  • Own transport is required
