Our client has an opportunity available for a Contract Manager based in Nelspruit.

Requirements:

  • Must already be a cleaning or contract manager managing a large cleaning team.
  • Must have a healthcare background.
  • Must be fully vaccinated.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the unit is operating to the agreed cleaning and budgetary standards.
  • Manage on site one off and ad hoc work when requested.
  • Manage ETI recruitments and the recruitment of people living with disabilities.
  • Ensure high cleaning and service standards.
  • Ensuring that company and statutory cleaning standards, methodology and requirements are strictly adhered to.
  • Ensure that attendance registers are completed daily and in accordance with statutory legislation where biometric system is not in place yet.
  • Ensure that personnel files are updated and contain all items required by company procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure that the highest possible standards of personal hygiene is maintained.
