Job Description

Champion

Ensure delivery of campaigns against agreed timelines and milestones of campaign development and execution Mentor and lead junior team members while driving their successful output of campaign execution. Execute integrated campaigns ensuring that our campaigns work across ATL, Digital and BTL. Escalate issues to the Client as needed, to prevent campaign milestones being missed or budget being negatively impacted. Actively pursue opportunities to maintain and grow the client portfolio within the Publicis Groupe. Living shared values and core behaviours of Publicis Groupe. Maintain excellent intercompany and interdepartmental communication and knowledge transfer.

Growth and Profitability

Assist the team in identifying and maintaining opportunities for optimization and integration of the various departments and Publicis Groupe agencies. Maintain efficiencies, economies of scale & resource optimisation, ensuring jobs are delivered according to the allocated budget and within agreed scopes.

Talent

Act as a role model for account management, strategy and creative team members Ownership of growth plans for junior team members, acting as a mentor and guide on their development journey. Support knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing and up skilling through relevant & appropriate learning / teaching channels Strive to learn and grow, pro-actively seek opportunities and become involved in projects outside of allocated tasks Ensure onboarding of all new team members.

Operational Excellence

Implement, monitor and manage the workflow process as tasked, escalating to the Client where necessary. Proactive management of all project timelines, always ensuring on time and in full delivery of projects. Monitor standards by checking all work is on the brief and to the desired quality of level before sending it to client. Assist to optimise internal resource allocation and utilization. Solid writing, communication and presenting skills in English (a good command of the English language). Ownership of client scopes of work. Monthly management of client retainer recons to ensure accurate time tracking against budgets. Weekly management, updating and tracking of finances (CE's, PO's, Billings) and reporting to ensure cashflow management

Qualifications

Relevant industry qualification (i.e. Advertising / Marketing / Business Management). At least 7 years' working experience in an Agency (FMCG experience preferable). At least 3 years' working experience as a Ground Account Director or Business Director on a multi-brand portfolio. Experience in ATL campaign delivery [TV, Radio, Print), including production management. Experience in Digital campaign delivery and execution. A good command of the English language (both written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.) Proficient in use of Chase Software for financial tracking
