Duties and Responsibilities:
- Telephone Management: Efficiently manage all incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Reception Duties: Ensure the reception area is always presentable, welcoming, and tidy, reflecting the company’s brand values.
- Brand Marketing: Regularly update and play brand-marketing videos and that all business areas are presented, ensuring all content is current and relevant.
- Contact List Management: Update and distribute the company’s comprehensive telephone list on a monthly basis.
- Package Coordination: Coordinate deliveries and collections of small packages and documentation, maintaining accurate records and timely distribution.
- General Administration: Support the team with general office administration tasks as needed.
- Database Application: Apply relevant sections of our client’s; "the way we do things" database to your daily reception duties, aligning with company standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick learner with databases.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently and professionally with a variety of people.
- Personal Attributes:
- Outgoing, confident, and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional, polished, and positive attitude at all times.
