WEB TECH LEAD ENGINEER EXPERIENCE 

Experience in developing distributed, high transactional and available systemsIn-depth knowledge of databases, data structures, algorithms, scaling architecture, Great problem-solving skills.A passion for observability and monitoring of the services you build.5 years of relevant work experienceBSc Computer Science or equivalent is encouraged (strong work experience can fill this gap)Evolve and document the architecture (with the team) in line with system requirements and the engineering strategyCollaborate with other tech leads on the engineering best practices and foundational principles (Forums & RFCs)Be a mentor and coach to your peers - work to continually help others to up-skill and learnExperience with the BFF(Backend for Frontend) patternInfluence towards a culture of investing in continuous improvement, root causing resolution, and automationA history of writing high quality, scalable, code - we primarily use Next.js and React for our Frontend and Node.js on our BFF
