Description of the role and purpose of the job:

The purpose of the position is to assist with the analysis and enhancement of the CRM system and to drive adoption and usage to capture business critical information. Additional focus will be on driving reporting from the CRM dataset.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive front-line business process support across the entire Sales lifecycle, leveraging the KPMG Way best practices and enhancing metrics across the firm.

• Drive adoption and business benefits through day-to-day support and engagement with CRM users and business owners.

• Collate key company data from primary data sources and maintain respective databases.

• Understanding the requirements for data storage and accessibility.

• Ensuring that databases meet users' requirements.

• Liaise with management across various business areas to ensure information is accurate and current.

• Apply business acumen to help define and improve business process flow in the CRM and connected platforms (through definition of best practices, generate ideas for improvement and management of special projects).

• Assist in developing reports and analyses in order to communicate results to the relevant stakeholders.

• Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.

Skills:

• Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of business processes and CRM best practice required.

• Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce Certification a plus

• Good understanding of networks, data protection and databases.

• Good Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Attention to detail.

Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science and/or Computer Science or an equivalent degree in Database Management and/or Information Technology. Experience in a related role will be beneficial.

• Understanding of CRM processes in the areas of sales, service & marketing as well as the utilisation of IT systems to enhance these areas.

• 5 years' experience in a role related to marketing or database technology, including customer databases, email marketing or web analytics.

• Proven ability to deliver complex technology solutions.

• Previous experience with BI tools.
