**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This role requires the successful individual to take responsibility for the Marketing customer database in terms of analysis, upkeep and management.

To optimise the reach and the effectiveness of the CRM system and marketing communications. You will thrive on data and providing key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Degree in either Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics (or similar)

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in data driven projects / analytics / business intelligence
- Strong knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Salesforce (NB)
- ETL
- Tableau (or another similar BI tool)
- Project management skills
- Must be able to set tasks with deadlines and work towards delivering within timeframes
- Strong cross-functional skills (matrix structure)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Retail / commercial experience favourable
