Job : Digital and Advertising Manager

Reports to: Chief data, digital marketing officer (CDMO)

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Guide and monitor the local digital marketing strategy, activity, and effectiveness to develop the brand positioning in the Country. Ensure local marketing, communication, and commercial coverage towards developing the consumer engagement and loyalty.

Work with local partners and agencies to enable the brand teams in media, digital, advocacy, platforms, and services. 

Guide the best application for Brand ‘s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand.

Guide and track online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness, ROI, content quality and Consumer experience.

Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations.

Campaign and Measurement expert to guide the teams. Develop innovative and effective approaches based on business analysis, data analysis, and data modelling where relevant.

Frame, track and adapt global digital marketing guidelines for optimal delivery against KPI’s set.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets to ensure best performance. 

Work with brand stakeholders to identify the business requirements and analytics problems to solve.

Partner and challenge media agency (including on innovative mechanisms)

Ensure Data & Application Set up, Collection, Quality, and retention.

Understand Social network application governance and set ups.

Collaborates with CRM manager and Digital Marketing Manager to select the relevant sources of information (primary or secondary data sources, strategic approach…).

Works with Digital IT teams to support data collection, integration and retention based on the input collected with the Digital Marketing and CRM.

Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition.

Ensure an outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation.

Place consumer’s insights at the heart of the marketing and business model

Mentor and coach, the Digital teams

SKILLS/EXPERTISE

Advanced Excel (essential) Power Bi: (basic) Digital, Social Network & Analytics Platform account Set up and Configuration: Google Analytics (GA) / Meta/Google /TikTok and other (essential) SEO Tools (solid understanding) Data Acquisition and Audience lookalike  Data API’s CRM tools  Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment. Highly numerate, analytically strong and a great eye for detail Strong collaboration skills Solid project management capability Analytical skills Demonstrates entrepreneurship. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in related field  Digital Marketing Diplomas Excel advanced  Google Cloud experience
