Main Purpose of Job

The Transformation senior manager plays a vital role as we move forward in an increasingly digital world. This role will allow you to act as a key intermediary who can reconcile business and IT and forge a strong and lasting partnership that delivers real value to the organization.

As a result, we are looking for a flexible candidate who is prepared to operate in any of the above areas as the need arises given the constant changes that occur and someone that is agile, comfortable with change & defining their own structure within the team.

As a Transformation Senior Manager, your role will primarily focus on managing and running the following within the deployment and adoption related transformation strategy and planning activities together with the managers within the team:

    • Learning Strategy, Design & Development (from trainee to Partner Levels)
    • Facilitation of related project training
    • Communication within the audit practice
    • Working on Global Projects
    • Pre-deployment activities to get the business ready for changes to come
    • Deployment initiatives
    • Strategy & Business support
    • Working with multiple teams in the audit business
    • Subject Matter experts on the Global tools and methodology, as well as the related strategic transformation projects and related technologies
    • Building a network of key relationships across Africa and
    • A small audit portfolio (1-2 engagements depending on size)

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Honours BCom Accounting, Registered CA (SA)
  • Minimum 6+ years working experience as a Manager or a current Senior Manager equivalent
