We are seeking an experienced and driven Truck/Used Truck Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with a proven ability to get the job done and a well-established database of customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a track record of success, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Following up on new and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Structuring finance options for customers to close deals.
  • Presenting various truck options based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Arranging and managing test drives for clients.
  • Completing administrative tasks related to sales and vehicle delivery.
  • Ensuring a smooth and professional delivery process for new or used trucks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the truck sales industry.
  • Experience working with preferred brands such as UD, Fuso, Mercedes, FAW, and Isuzu.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently.
  • A well-developed customer database is essential.
  • Proven track record of consistently reaching and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Valid South African Driver’s License and clear criminal record.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Qualities:

  • Preferably a hustler mentality, able to get the job done without needing constant supervision.
  • Looking for a finished product.
