Peo Information Technologies is looking for experienced and dynamic Account Executives to join our team. With a strong focus on both the public and private sectors, including extensive experience in the banking and insurance industries, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and managing key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on banking and insurance.

  • Develop and implement account strategies to grow revenue and meet company sales objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to key stakeholders.



Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years of experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record in managing large accounts in both public and private sectors.

  • Bachelor's degree in either Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Statistics or Psychology.

  • Extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors is required.

  • Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and regulations within these sectors.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with clients and close high-value deals.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines is a plus.
