Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Portfolio Management Consultant to join our client's team. As a leading recruitment agency, we are committed to connecting talented professionals with top companies in various industries.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify, evaluate, and prioritize project portfolios based on strategic goals and business objectives. You will also provide expert advice and guidance on optimizing project portfolios, resource allocation, risk management, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and business objectives
  • Evaluate and prioritize project portfolios based on strategic alignment and resource availability
  • Develop project management frameworks, methodologies, and processes
  • Provide guidance on project portfolio optimization, resource allocation, risk management, and performance measurement
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports on project portfolio performance and recommendations
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
  • Train and mentor project managers and teams on project portfolio management best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in project portfolio management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Portfolio Management Consultant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • Professional certifications in project management and/or portfolio management are highly desirable
  • Experience in working with diverse stakeholders and managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
