Our client in Bloemfontein is looking for an Underwriting Administrator. Individuals who meet the minimum requirements are invited to apply.
Minimum requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- 2-3 years short-term insurance experience
- General knowledge in the short-term insurance industry
Experience and or exposure in the following areas will be advantageous:
- Knowledge of the agricultural insurance environment
- Organisational and record keeping skills
- Computer literate with knowledge and experience in Excel and MS Word
- Relevant short-term insurance qualifications
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide underwriting administrative support to regional branches
- Perform any other administrative duties requested by the Underwriting Superintendent or Specialist Technical Underwriting Manager
- Ensure all underwriting administration complies with the stipulated policies and procedures applicable to this position
