Role Overview:

As a Travel Agent at Ticketpro Travel, youll be responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of their travel planning and booking needs. Youll leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and create tailored itineraries that meet and exceed clients expectations. If youre a customer-focused professional with a passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  •   Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  •   Recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities based on clients needs and preferences.
  •   Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services on behalf of clients.
  •   Create customized travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining options.
  •   Coordinate logistics and make arrangements for transportation, accommodations, and activities according to clients preferences and schedules.
  •   Provide clients with detailed information about their travel arrangements, including flight times, hotel reservations, and activity bookings.
  •   Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, changes, and cancellations before, during, and after their trips.
  •   Address any issues or concerns that arise during clients travels and provide prompt and effective solutions.
  •   Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents and information, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
  •   Promote Ticketpro Travel services and packages to potential clients through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking.
  •   Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
  •   Stay informed about industry trends, travel destinations, and products to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.



Requirements
  •   Minimum 3 years experience as a travel agent or in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations.
  •   Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  •   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  •   Proficiency in travel booking systems and software, as well as Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  •   Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate clients travel schedules.
