Misha Talent Acquisition is seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Director to join our team. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy for our company.

Your role will involve overseeing and managing the creative team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful creative projects. You will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to create compelling and innovative work that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
  • Develop and communicate the creative vision and direction for the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop creative strategies
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative projects across various mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality and impactful creative work that meets client and company expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Provide guidance and feedback to the creative team to foster growth and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, advertising, marketing)
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management position
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and impactful creative projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in design software and tools
  • Knowledge of current design, advertising, and marketing trends
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into creative solutions
  • Strong understanding of brand and marketing principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work

Benefits
