Role Overview_

As our Creative Director, you will be the visionary leader responsible for all aspects of visual branding and design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and execute compelling visuals that embody our brand.

You will be at the forefront of developing and constantly evolving and bettering our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities_

  • Lead the creation and evolution of our visual branding strategy to reflect our position as an industry leader in the crypto media space.
  • Oversee and collaborate on design concepts and visuals for a wide range of materials, including digital assets, marketing campaigns, website visuals, social media content, YouTube thumbnails and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between visual elements and overall brand messaging.
  • Stay current with design and crypto industry trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our visual identity.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Translate complex concepts (often about crypto and finance) into engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Job Specifications_

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director (5+ years).
  • Preferably an understanding of the crypto industry
  • Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • Exceptional design portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning and impactful designs.
  • Strong conceptualization skills, with the ability to transform ideas into cohesive visual narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey your design concepts and vision.
  • Handson approach as you will also be executing many of the design tasks.

Salary:
From R30,000.00 per month
