Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead and oversee our digital projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing digital projects, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects to success within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage multiple digital projects, including mobile apps, web applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators.
    • Provide clear guidance, support, and motivation to project teams.
    • Facilitate effective communication and ensure team alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Manage client feedback and ensure it is incorporated into project deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and align with client requirements.
    • Conduct regular quality checks and reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
    • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including mobile and web development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
