Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ LLB/ Business Administration/ or a relevant postgraduate qualification
- Minimum of 10 years in Industrial/Employee Relations, with strong business acumen and a proven record of driving improvement and efficiency
- Extensive knowledge of South African labour legislation and labour relations processes
- Understanding bargaining council structures and collective agreements
- Sound understanding of all labour relations processes
- High EQ, cultural sensitivity and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven successful stakeholder relationship management (internal and external)
- Genuine passion for employee engagement
- Valid Driver’s License
Nice to Have
- 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in Human Capital practices
- A solid foundation in business principles
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources
