Key Responsibilities:

Technical training on all products internal and external. Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Generate plant audit reports with service growth opportunities as key focus. New technology cost saving initiatives. Assist with Case study compilation. Basic understanding of Service Level agreement process and compilation. Implement Change management concepts on customer sites which shows maintenance strategy improvements. Focus on optimization and value added concepts across customer sites. Manage training certificate process. Training room customer bookings in line with recoveries.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Qualified Millwright /Artisan Knowledge on pump assembly and building on both slurry pumps and dewatering pumps At least 10 years’ experience as field service technician Working independently Excellent report writing skills Good Client relationship Arrange all trips for training internal and external/overseas Provide technical support on the product, internally and externally Site visits and troubleshooting Technical product presentations to customers / internal technicians Support Weir employees with technical support Adhere to HSE and housekeeping requirements at the branches and customers sites Adhere to Duty of Care Policy
