We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and drive the financial strategy of our growing education business.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Invictus Education Group, you will be a key player in steering the financial operations and strategy of our organization. Your expertise will help us maintain financial health, optimize our resources, and ensure our continued growth and success in the education sector.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

 

●       Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years’ experience in educational, retail sector

●       Experience with audit processes, internal and external

●       Experience in financial modelling


Essential Skills:        

●       Leadership skills – ability to delegate; champion change/innovation; communicate effectively; instill confidence; positive attitudes; ability to inspire/motivate organization/staff around a common purpose

●       Problem solving skills; be able to think out the box and be solution driven

●       Excellent communication skills

●       Ability to think strategically and be innovative

●       Must be able to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines

KPI's

●       Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical and strategic plans

●       Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

●       Develop financial and tax strategies

●       Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

●       Provide consolidated group monthly financials

●       Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects

●       Oversee debt collection initiatives in order to ensure that all income due is collected timeously
