We are recruiting for a Claims Finance Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Claims Finance cycle through the supervision of the Claims Finance Team. Ensuring the team settles accounts efficiently and in accordance with Standard Operating Practices while maintaining accurate records and strong controls. Engage with Senior Management through presentations and meetings to provide regular feedback on payments and financial liabilities to creditors. 
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA.
  • Financial Qualification will be beneficial.
  • Clear Criminal and ITC Record.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation skills.
  • Creditors Management Experience.
  • Short-Term Insurance and/or Bordereaux experience will be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective use of company dashboards.
  • Previous experience reporting into senior management.
