Must be fluent in English and isiXhosa
Strong Typing Skills 70 -90 words per minute (accuracy and speed)
Knowledge of MS Word, Ms Office and other legal technology software
3+ years + previous working experience in a legal environment
Proficiency in English a legal terminology in rules of Court (High court and Magistrate Court)
Ability to type from a Dictaphone and other similar devices
Ability to develop legal documents (High Court, Magistrate Court, Labour Court and CCMA)
Must be a team player and have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
Display outstanding time management and the ability to multitask
Knowledge of Litigation management ands software systems
Performance Areas
Ability to type professional documents
Ability to receive and execute instructions from the professional staff
Must be able to travel to and report at other company branches when required
Answering phone calls and attend to all reception matters
Scheduling client appointments
Receive briefs
Organizing and maintaining all legal documents kept on site
Responsible for administrative functionalities and maintain office running
Assisting during consultations (as and when requested)
