We have a vacancy for a Vehicle Invoice and Admin clerk for the New and Used car department

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Vehicle invoicing of all vehicles sold to customers, Assessing deal file against compliancy against checklist, Floorplan payment proposing and preparation, Vehicle creditor recons, Floorplan recons, Basic office administration.Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication, Handle human resource duties, Maintains and organizes meeting schedules, Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies.Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as vehicle invoice/admin clerk for new or used vehicles
  • Experience working for vehicle automotive dealerships
  • Experience with automotive systems such as Autoline, Kerridge,Evolve etc.
  • Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
  • Matric or tertiary education
