Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Architecture:

  3. Technical Proficiency:

    • Demonstrate expertise in Apex development and proficiency in Java and C#.

  4. Continuous Learning:

    • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends, continuously learning and improving skills.

  5. Kafka Implementation:

    • Hands-on implementation and platform experience with Kafka, ensuring efficient data streaming and processing.

  6. DevOps and Automated Testing:

    • Implement DevOps practices, including automated testing, to streamline development processes and ensure code quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Apex development and advising developers on best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and C#.
  • Experience with domain-driven design and event-driven architecture.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka implementation and platform management.
  • DevOps skills, particularly in automated testing.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal red tape.
