Overview:

Seeking a motivated and experienced Medium Weight Advertising Sales Person to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving advertising sales and managing client relationships to achieve revenue targets. Advertising sales experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Drive advertising sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in advertising sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude.
