Job Description

The Marketing Graduate works closely with the Marketing Team, contributing to the annual business plan by creating, planning and executing projects, ensuring the brand is portrayed in the right way.

Brand Marketing

Turn data into compelling insights, which are actionable, relevant with opportunity to address through new ideas and plans.

Supports the "brand part" of projects of marketing peers as well as on/off premise and trade marketing. Build new cross-functional tools, such as sales/marketing programs or trade marketing.

Create branding and through the line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions.

Instigate and participate in creative sessions to develop tactics and assess best practice case studies.

Always have the "consumer" and "brand" eye in every single project and ensure we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way.

Programming

Working closely with the Programming Team on a 1 month rotation on creating daily content, community management of and publishing for South Africa’s social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter & YouTube.

Support the team with tactics to drive organic engagement with large audiences across metrics like reach, engagements, frequency, length of interaction to keep Red Bull
on the forefront of innovation & generating word of mouth with the right content.

Sports Marketing

Working closely with the Sports Marketing Team on a 1 month rotation on Red Bull Events from project management, cross-pillar integration through to execution.

The Marketing Graduate will support with the running of day-to-day sports operations in the fields of gaming, athlete marketing & field marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing

Fluent in English (written, spoken), additional languages considered a plus
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills

An entrepreneurial "can-do" attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate "best practices"

Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results

Outstanding communication skills, verbal, written & visual

High level of attention to detail

Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen

High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values

Fast learner, self-motivated & ability to work independently

Track record of pursuing passions
