Hire Resolve is currently working with a reputable company in Cape Town to help them find a skilled Orders Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their orders
  • Assist in updating and improving the order management process

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Orders Administrator, Sales Administrator, or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent
